I bought an "as is" Jeep from this dealership and, yes, I am very aware what that entails; however, no one said a word about the latent defects. In this case, makes the car undrivable. Do not plan to go here to buy a vehicle. They are very dishonest. They lied to me to get me to purchase a vehicle that has body damage. Four different people have lied to me about the same negotiation that I made with the sales manager. I believe in God and I know that the way that they treat people will come back to them. I do not see how they still in business. They have quite a rap sheet with the better business bureau.
There lies. Said they had a vehicle there on there lot right upto 30 minutes before I got there. Even sent me a price reduction. Got there. Vehicle not there. Brought my daughters Jeep in for service as the check engine light was on. The Service Advisor calls me to tell me that the issue was that the previous service was wrong and some hoses were disconnected. When asked where I got the service done I explained that it was done by them. The Service advisor said "Oh that's not good". When I picked up the Jeep, the dealership charged me to fix their mistake. Have bought several vehicles from Five Star over the years and most recently two weeks ago. Marcus and sales Department were awesome to work with on finding the exact truck that I wanted. Their patience was second to none as I am very particular about my trucks, they worked with me until we found exactly what I wanted and worked with me to fit in my budget! This place is the worst on service. Took our car 2 months and was suppose to be a 2 week job. 2 months later my car is in same spot and griffin lying to us everyday that our car would be ready the next day. Horrible management not to check behind their advisors. Now I'm her free to get my money back and nobody know nothing...I need someone from upper management to give me a call. ASAP. I have still been paying car notes and insurance still being paid and nobody care at all ..BAD BUSINESS
I inquired about a vehicle and asked for more pics of it. Only 1 photo was posted. I was told it was just traded in and being cleaned up. I was promised some pics when they finished. 2 days went by and no pics. So I asked about it and was told it was sold last night.. Now I am being bombarded by emails from them trying to sell me another vehicle.

Best experience I've had at a dealership from start to finish! From April Bliss taking my phone call, then to Don Johnson, Tela Blackwell and John McCaughan. I drove 4 hours to buy a truck they had and even with the drive I probably spent less time at this dealership than any other! Tela Blackwell is a rockstar! I was quoted one price and charged another. When I expressed my disapproval I was then asked to leave. This service center is untrustworthy and I would not recommend doing business with them. If you decide to use this service center make sure you read the fine print before signing anything and do not trust the service advisor.

Bought a truck which I am happy with and the salesman was great problem is with finance dept. Was offered 3.5 % which I declined. Both my wife and myself credit score above 810. They then offered 2.9% it was higher than my credit unions 2.59% but for convience I accepted. Flash foreward doing my taxes looked at contract to get ad valorum amount and realized they charged me 4.9%. I should have checked so thats on me but I still fell cheated.

As a service member, I am extremely disappointed in my experiences at this dealership. I have tried for 2 years to get my door panels fixed/replaced and continuously got the run around. My initial report was never filed properly so the dealership nor Chrysler will now not honor the replacements of my door panels.
